For all company owners "Avoid them and save your money and health" .One of they adjusters Josh Means is the shadiest person,they don't reply to emails,he was in office and lady said he is not there why you would do that.Claim is still open

We had an accident on 02/02/24 and still have no resolve. Emails go unanswered calls go unreturned. Every time I call she is gone to lunch. Maybe she should decide what time she is taking lunch because I call at different times. Took the appraiser 2 weeks just to find the truck after being given the address. He also did a sloppy job. Hopefully I can get my truck fixed soon.

If you are an Owner Operator. I beg you to run far from this company. I had an accident on October 4, 2023. My trailer is a complete loss. They will get four estimates and give you the lowest. I insured my trailer for 20k and they want to give me $9300. Where can you buy a trailer 53ft with dry van for that amount. The adjuster josh munies will over talk you and be Very kind Condescending. His manager Kody will not allow you to talk and then when you raise your voice she will say if you yell i am hanging up. My first accident of seven years with my cdl and this company has been a company from hell. Please run far away. Get an insurance company that handles everything under one Umbrella. My tractor light bust from the impact of accident. They stated there ie no way that coupd habe happen. My airbags bust, they stated there is no way that could have happen. I was carrying water to publix. We all know my load was 44k weighted. Oh no you are lying. I will post pictures of my accident. You need an insurance company that when something happens, they take care of you. They dont call you a Liar. They way you was before the accident they make it 100% like before. This company will try to pay the least or nothing at all. Run run run please. IF I CAN STAND ON A MOUNTAIN AND TELL YOU WHAT I WENT THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY ONLY HAS CAUSED ME SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND STRESS.
