      image I had a great experience with Cassandra at Briggs. It was a difficult situation for me and she was very helpful and very patient with me and all the issues we were having. Even though my rates went up, I'm sticking with them because the service and professionalism was so good. She always returned my call and responded to my emails....seems like a rarity these days.
