I made an appointment at Bermans online Saturday 5/28/22 for my wife Hyundai Elantra of which I bought there and was told they serviced it there. Needed tuneup, oil.change, replacement of front wheel well liner, replacement of front wheel cover and check engine light, all of which I listed on my appointment request. I went there and was told they could only change the oil and couldn't do anything else since they were an infinity dealership. Why couldn't someone contact me to let me know this before I went there and I would not have wasted my time. I even contacted them ahead of time to verify my appointment, could've told me then. Bad customer service, definitely not returning here for anything.

I was told my car was burning oil and I probably needed to replace the engine, I came here for them to look at my car to find out she's just fine not burning any oil engine is fine !!! So Relieved .. Thank you Berman
