        I didn't catch their names but the two individuals working yesterday evening were outstanding! The person who helped me send an engagement ring in for repair was friendly, informative, and efficient. I was so thrilled with their service that I elected to buy a watch from her as well! Then the gentleman who helped take out extra links and set the date and time was extremely patient and did a wonderful job. They both ensured that I was comfortable during my wait and were great conversation.
