Based on my live video sessions and message chats, I would absolutely recommend Mrs. Monique Franklin for therapy. She shows up on time, in a clear and professional setting during the video sessions. During our message chats, Mrs. Franklin replies in a timely manner. She is very respectful and considerate of my concerns every time. She is amazing at her job as I tell her often. Within the eight months I have been attending therapy with her, I have seen a positively drastic change in my life from all aspects. With each session, I feel heard and welcomed as an individual.

Working with Monique over the past 2 years has been life changing. She knows exactly the right question to ask or thing to say that allows me to process and metabolize my emotions and past experiences on a deeper level I am able to on my own. She shows me to myself the patterns and habits that I am unaware of in a way that is both straightforward and gentle, and has led to growth and healing. Monique is very knowledgeable, full of resources, organized, kind, and responsive between sessions. I cant recommend her enough!
