The Ridge Apartments

The property was on the News! Building collapsed. They are in the process of remodeling by some company that plays loud music and sings in building. The workers bully the residents.On Saturday morning it sounds like a Nightclub!!!! They are remodeling apartments with door open and use electric saw as a instrument. Please be aware that they are giving the apartments here a make over. The all male workers are fixing some of the apartments and when complete they move in with black plastic bags and plastic shoes. The company they work for gave them apartments to live in ? They are destroying more than they are repairing. Unknown renters? They are no English speaking thugs. These men argue in their language. It's a very dangerous place to live. On Sunday morning they were making repairs to apartments you could hear the beating of hammers outside, picture that loud noise if you live in that building!!! Most of all on a Sunday!!! This is a Cry for Help!!! We are afraid. We are being 100% bullied by this so call construction works. They are a gang!!! If we report them they send young guys to harass us... They set off our car alarms. They shot a gun twice at 4:05 am Easter Sunday.

New name, same issues. It's the cheapest apartment around for a reason. Their "remodeling" involves a company banging on your walls every day around 9AM-2PM. No communication from the staff, no care for people living there. Go read the old reviews, they're still relevant.
