Huntington Cove Apartments

It is so much I can say about this place. I like my apartment. However, maintenance staff is not good. When you first get here they are nice. After you have been here for a while they pick and choose who they want to help. Its always excuse after excuse. The hallway lights were once out causing it to be pitch black. Walking up to the third floor at night, without any lights was awful. I complained to the office. I was told some people have been going to Home Depot getting night lights for the hallways. First off thats not my job. I called corporate and they were able to get them to put some lights up. They are making sure all of the new move ins have nice apartments. My apartment was okay upon moving in, besides the damaged cabinets, a window that is still not fixed. I have a screen that does not fit my window so if I open my window bugs will get in. The storage in the closets were not stable. Screws were missing and they would fall. Maintenance tells you they will come on a particular day and never show up. They really have bad communication and try to avoid you when you get to the point that youre mad. I have certain expectations of I am paying rent here. Just like they have expectations for us to pay our rent and follow the rules of the complex. I waited for months for almost 6 months for a cabinet to be replaced in my apartment, while the other apartments were being completed. As far as the people here. You cant pick your neighbors. My only complaint about that is they throw trash all over the ground around the garbage bin. So the trash is all over the lot. Children are taking the trash out and just throwing next to the garbage dumpster. Im not going to mention the horrible internet service. I work from home and the service is horrible. We can only use their internet provider. When you call broadband to complain they run a test and they say its not their service.I didnt have internet issues with my work before coming here.my job ran test and it is definitely the internet provider. They need to change internet providers

The ladies in the office Tammy and all are so attentive to Georgia Atkinson shes been here for 20 years and will be perfectly happy with some upgrades. Maintenance is on point as well

Put in a ticket late late Wednesday night and issue was fixed 2 days later!! The response for non emergency maintenance is amazing and they actually fix the problem!
