        I have been coming here for a few months now and I love it. The coaches are patient, encouraging , knowledgeable, and give fantastic instruction. I have never felt judged for not knowing something or not being able to pick something up right away and thats a big one for me. Highly recommended!

        I cant express how much I love the gym and coaches. Chris is an outstanding person in all aspects, and made me feel welcome, safe, and confident as soon as i walked in BOF. The coaches are very professional, courteous and push you further than you thought you could go, in a safe and effective way, no matter your fitness level. This gym has changed my life for the better!
