Jordan Follis... yea his Dad - Darren Follis owns these dumps... used to be nice.. but built in 70s with 70s everything... OLD OLD original furnaces... sewage and water that weeps out in garages (which cost Extra) electrical wires hanging and NOTHING is up to code... AC units that site in halls for a year while temp is over 100 outside AND he takes over the bypass overheat valve in the old (he says new - hmm he replaced a couple of items in it in the 80s.)and NO NO NO insulaltion and rotted windows... he justs replaces the old windows with glass and NOT new insulated ones - that is IF he doesnt put plexiglass on outside door like he did before and someone got mad and cracked it... you can hear EVERYTHING from anyone in these places... He trades off the Foxcliff Name.. but there is NOTHING Foxcliff like this dump... oh did I mention the rotted roof with twigs and no lights to steps and the cleaning crew that comes twice a decade LOL... his family...and the trash spews forth and he dumps his junk from his section 8 housing Williamburg court there also... and even left OLD frigs there with doors on... and that IS illegal.. and he even had a fire in garage where he stored stuff and just threw it in there... electrical... this place needs a NEW OWNER... but he :"hocked:" it to max to buy his section 8 place... and wander if he still owes his over 15,000 in back taxes? Maybe someone can pick this dump up cheap and turn it back into a decent place... oh and the cops ARE always over there for this and that... fighting drunks, deliquent kids left alone etc etc list goes on..\ so go ahead and post Follis... because he is your Daddy!
