        Good experience overall and love my glasses however, I am a little disappointed the price I paid for 2 name brand frames came without hard cases.

        I got my glasses, less than 2 months later a screw came out. I took them in to get them fixed.  All it needed was a new screw!!!!! They sent my glasses to the lab.  It's been over 5 weeks and I still haven't gotten my glasses.  After 2 weeks they said, the lab lost them, and that they are ordering a brand new pair.after 4 weeks they said, they changed labs within the last 2 weeks. After 5 weeks, I went in and they told me my glasses were lost in transit and it wasn't their fault, and there was nothing they could do! I asked for my prescription and money back! THEY REFUSE!!! They couldn't give me my money back, because I didn't pay for them, they were the ones paying for the replacement pair!!!!!  I WILL NEVER USE MEIJER OPTICAL AGAIN!!!

        Super great staff that was both knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the glasses I needed for both work and home at a price range I could afford. Glasses look nice and prescription was spot on perfect. Will definitely go back if needed in the future

        My frames broke with barely a touch after a year, and Meijer Optical did not replace them. I will take my business elsewhere!
