It was my first time here and they were able to get me in, since I didn't know it was by appointment. My nail tech did an amazing job on my nails and art. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she automatically knew what colors I needed. She was surprisingly quick and was very gentle. The ambiance was calming, beautifully decorated, and clean. I will be going back everytime now. Also the whole staff was welcoming and new their customers names.

First time customer yesterday and I must say, best nail salon I've ever been to! Lauren was so nice and is very talented with nail art! And i wanna thank the lady that sat next to me and Give me ideas on what to get...very Happy with my nails! Will definitely be back!

I loved most of their work and great customer service, but after taking a hiatus from pedicures (had maybe 5 in a row?) I noticed after removing the polish that I now have a significant fungal infection on one of my big toenails. I had told one Lauren I had been having pain along the sides of my toenails and it as just suggested maybe it was an ingrown.. but they also always cut down the skin away from the larger nails when doing my pedicure. I've never had issues with my feet or toes until this, i used to go natural 100% of the time prior to having these appointments, so I can only assume it was because of my nail appointment that this began.. very disappointed I nos have to deal with this.. If I knew this would have happened I'd have just avoided going all together. Great work. But I will likely not be going back due to causing a significant infection.
