I hadn’t visited my doctor for three or four years, then I tried to make an appointment. It turns out he had retired. I was told there were no doctors accepting new patients, so I could not make an appointment. I’m disappointed in the service I received. I think the office should have contacted me to tell me my doctor was retiring. Also I think they should not have classified me as a new patient. Now I have to travel to another city for healthcare.

Took 5 days to get back to me about a thyroid replacement prescription that my 90 year old father was nearly out of. We had to call another physician in order to get this filled. Their response... "It wouldn't hurt him if he went without it for a few days." ...FIRED! Don't let ANY medical professional treat you that way. They are only people, and some people... well...

I was seen back in august and was given a referral for neurology. A month later I called the neurologist because I hadnt heard anything, come to find out that neurologist doesnt practice anymore. The second referral was also sent to an office that is no longer open so I waited another month. Then the third referral was declined because it was out of county. Not once did the office contact me. I had to contact them every single time. I am now on month 3 of waiting to be seen and am continuing to have spells. It is so unprofessional and not at all what I should expect. As someone who is new to the area this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this office at all.

My wife and I have see Dr. Martin Pruss and are very satisfied with his care, when it is ever possible to get an appointment. A couple others are random rolls of the dice as to whether they can find their own body parts with both hands, and we have had to go to the E.R. or Med Express to get better treatment. If you generally have a few weeks or months to wait for an appointment, I highly recommend Dr. Pruss at this location. If you need to see a competent doctor because you are physically ill in less time than that, plan to go elsewhere.
