Ive been here twice for work. Nina was very helpful and friendly and she helped me print off a paper I needed for work, she went above and beyond in trying to help me and make sure I had everything that I needed. All the staff are friendly and polite. A single semi truck can park here if you pull in straight and turn right before the driveway to the black olive and turn around in that lot next door, park on the curb in front of the entrance.

I'll start with don't stay here don't waste your money or your back! This place only needs one thing mowed down and never spoke of again. Worst motel ever! Rude, shady, disrespectful, dishonest employees, they lied, tried to steal from us and gave us the virus along with our backs both going out from the terrible, hard very uncomfortable don't forget dirty beds. I had to clean for 3 hours before I could shower. Unsafe feeling from the way the housekeepers stalked you constantly. Mines well forget checkout time at 11. All morning before 11 they knock, stand out side the door sweeping and singing as loud as possible, screaming at each other up and down the halls. They didn't realize my dash cam recorded every creepy move. They left there cart sit outside my door I couldn't even exit my room before checkout then a female with huge bag of trash scrapped down the side of my car with it. Purposely making loading our car a difficult task. They refused me my deposit of 50 cash they insisted had to be payed. Nearly getting me arrested over it. Caused me to be late to our families home we was visiting for brunch. Never once did they follow through on a 1 of their promises. I was cussed at, lied too, stolen from, treated like I was a bother to be there. Like the lady said and please trust me go anywhere else... well this ain't the Ritz honey it's just a damn motel says it's a 3 star?! Please this place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! I won't ever go back and honestly feel I should get my money back 100%! Just do to the treatment of thir horror employees. I had to air dry after my shower. CLEAN the room for over 3 hours, be disrespected, even got the virus from the girl serving old dry nasty breakfast that also took her time finishing her cigarette before checking us in. If you're smart don't walk turn and run as far away as humanly possible from this dump I promise you'll be glad you did. UPDATE!!! JUST SEEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR 2 NIGHTS WHEN I ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT! SCAMED! DON'T STAY HERE! This place is a joke. There saying because I checked in Saturday morning around 6 am that it's considered another night, seriously people? It's OK. I've reported ya'll to the bbb and to this place that not only reported your motel to the local police it's also being advertised all over you sweet town what kinda people you are how you run your business and how disgusting your rooms are and how unpleasant your housekeepers are. Also I've reported you to the federal trade commission! I won't stop there just an FYI! Yall messed with the wrong customer. You all ready get a free ride coming to America bit that is just not good enough now is it? Sad, sick and pathetic go back to Pakistan theifs! Still can't get a return call from the Manger, this place is ran by barley speaking English folks from another country. I've reported them to the local newspaper in Madison, I filled a complaint with Madison visiting center, I've also filed a report with the BBB, and with the FTC! Of course my ongoing review and I promise I won't stop till I'm givin back the money this nasty bed bug infested, Dirty place stole from me and has many others. THE DOORS NEED SHUT ON THIS UNSAFE PLACE! Rooms: Dirty, outdated, public hair in tub and on tolit, floor turned our socks black, very dusty, extremely hard uncomfortable beds, Dirty bedding, no towels. Gross,! NASTY! uncomfortable feelings of being watched. Tub didn't drain. Horrible! TV didn't work. Safety: The employees of this hotel are very shady. I have a camera on my car that videos the housekeepers walking by my room over and over again putting there ear up to my door listening, they would knock multiple times every day asking when we would check out. They thought I left one day and tried to come into my room. Food & drinks: The buffet breakfast is old dry bagels, warm milk and stale cereal no juice and the employee working breakfast said she was extremely sick possibly the virus. Noteworthy details: This place is not a place to stay they need shut down. The ice machine is located in a place you have to worry about getting jumped at the employees all are shady and are rude and very unhelpful I had to air dry after my shower because the 11:00 pm speak little English night shift worker never came with clean towels as I was told he would also asked several times for a remote then again lied to saying there worker would stop and program one for us. Also a no show. I was told when leaving I was not getting my 50 dollars back for the cash deposit they insisted on so that turned into an ugly scene. Was cussed at, lied to, disrespected, made to feel unsafe and all the sick lady with 8 kids from pacaction could say was this isn't no Ritz honey you should of stayed somewhere else. UPDATE!!!! 3 OFFICE EMPLOYEES SO FAR HAVE SAID THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY'D NEVER STAY THERE! EVEN ONE TOLD ME HOW MUCH THEY HAD BEEN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH THE CASH DEPOSIT THEY CHARGED SHE SAID PLEASE LEAVE A VERY DETAILED REVIEW TO WARN OTHERS! THIS PLACE NEEDS THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO COME IN IMMEDIATELY!
