        Too many issues with animal waste and people being responsible and Adult enough to pick it up.

        Moved in somewhat recently and the whole process from application to now went great. Management was a great help along the entire process. Maintenance is responsive and professional which is an important piece to living in apartments. All issues are addressed so nothing to complain about.

        I am a new tenant at Creekside at Meadowbrook. Arriving from another State and allowing someone else to view various properties on my behalf, I must say was a fantastic experience. My daughter chose Creekside after the tour and speaking with management. She knew exactly what I was looking for and Creekside at Meadowbrook checked all of the boxes. Alejandro and Kelly were excellent representatives as a community management team. The apartment was clean, appliances were topnotch, walk in closets had additional space. Which I so badly needed. Yes, I'm excited for the next chapter of my life. Thanks Creekside and Zidan Management for choosing such a professional staff and for keeping the property in such capable hands. My daughter's excitement made this all worth while. Carolann
