    My mother in law called to check on a flower delivery that was supposed to be a surprise to me from my boyfriend. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to her. No reason that anyone should be talked to like that, especially considering how expensive the product is from here!

    Absolutely blown away at the behavior of the employee manning the phones. While I understand that Valentines Day is busy at no point does anyone deserve to be spoke to the way I was. When I state "it's meant to be a surprise" and the employee responds with "surprise you didn't get your flowers".... Do better!!!

    Ordered an Endless Romance Bouquet for my wife. The picture shows over 17 roses and snowy white blossoms, looks really nice. My wife calls me and thanks me and says it's beautiful and sends me a picture, it has 4 red stem roses in it. Now as a man I'm all about the quantity of roses in the picture on line. So I call and they put me through to the manager(female no name given) She explains to me they were out of spray roses which is in the picture I ordered, so they substituted long stem red roses, 4 by the way, she says red stem roses are more expensive so I got the value of what I paid for online. So how about a phone call to explain this before they make the arrangement, no that didn't happen. She said I should have called them personally to order the flowers. Wonder why they have a website?? She didn't offer me any apology or store credit or anything and nor did I ask for any. Guess I could stop at Martin's or Kroger and pick up some more roses to add to it. And by the way who's fault is it your out of roses, the manager?

Rachel, We sincerely apologize for the manner in which your call was handled. The owner has been made aware of the situation & the employee has been reprimanded & will no longer be handling phone calls. It is our policy to have a phone number for all our deliveries in case something arises with the delivery or the recipient is not home. We do not leave flowers if no one is home due to weather, theft or animals. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make this right.

Hi Chris, we were very transparant on the phone with you about why we had to switch from spray roses to regulaur roses. It is posted very clearly on our website that substitutions may be necessary (Not fine, small print, big headline at the top of our webpage) It is not our normal practice to call every customer to explain every flower change that may be necessary, but no matter what we always fill every order to value or even above, as in your case. I am sorry that you felt you got cheated but after expressing how happy your wife was with the arrangment & how beautiful she thought it was we didnt think we needed to offer you store credit. It is unfortunate that after calling to complain you also felt the need to get on google & give us a bad review. Hopefully everyone who reads this understands we are a small locally owned business & we are doing our best!
