Granite Ridge Builders

My wife & I built a home with Granite Ridge Builders in 2023. This was the first home that we had ever built, so we went into the process uncertain and with a lot of questions. Right from the start, during the design process, they were extremely accommodating and were able to answer all of our questions. Our architectural designer (Lucian) was able to create the plans/layout for our home exactly how we imagined it & was extremely patient with us and all of our crazy questions/request. He was especially helpful while navigating the difficult process of adding all the desired features while staying within our budget. During the construction phase, we were assigned a project manager to work with us and all the contractors to ensure that all of our expectations were met. Im only able to attest to level of service provide by our project manager, Jess Rahm. But she was incredibly professional, friendly and extremely resourceful. Any concerns we had, regardless how trivial, was always addressed and resolved by her, and believe me, we called her.... a lot. I am certain that we were not the only project that she was supervising, but she certainly made us feel like our home was the only project she had going on at the time. We began the process of building our home in February of 2023 and moved into our new home in November of 2023. Having been in the home for almost six months now, we are still just as pleased from the day we moved in. A few small issues we have had since moving in have been promptly taken care of with out any questions. It really has been a tremendous pleasure to do business with a builder that not only treats you great during the build process, but also stands behind their work. Great work Granite Ridge Builders, I wish I could give you more than five stars!

Project manager Tim McMillen is the best! We are grateful for all of his support throughout and beyond our building experience with Granite Ridge. He has always been responsive, attentive and thorough. We are always happy to see him and enjoy his friendship! Thank you, Tim, for all you do! We are blessed to know you.

I want to give a big shout out to Devon Martin. He was our home specialist 3 years ago and he still is there to help me whenever I need something. Never makes me feel like I am bothering him. Glad we chose Granite Ridge for our home and especially glad Devon was assigned to us. Granite Ridge is lucky to have someone who cares about helping people!! That is rare in today's world. Thanks Granite Ridge!

My wife and I have been in our house for 3 weeks now and we are absolutely in love with our new home. Our project manager was Devon and he was a joy to work with. This was our first house we ever built, so we were confused about the process but Devon was there to help us through the whole process. There was one issue we had in the house, but Devon worked tirelessly to make sure that we was 110 percent happy with our new home. If we ever build again we know who we want to build our next home.
