        BZ auto went above and beyond to repair faults caused in production. In total the dealer had the vehicle in excess of 30 days. BZ auto did everything in their power to fulfill the terms of the purchase agreement. I am sincerely concerned about future issues that may arise from similar issues that may have occurred during manufacturing and potentially, issues stemming from recent repairs.

        Bought a 2020 Buick Encore GX at BZ Ford on 9/1. Ethan was great to work with, let me ask all kinds of questions and assisted in any way he could. I was nervous as this was my second vehicle but first time completely purchasing it and going through the process on my own. The process was very straight forward. Would 100% recommend both Ethan and BZ Ford to others!
