They let you claim your children in the household for Gov't assistance. Even if you may only have them every other weekend for custody. Or are even responsible enough to take custody of that child for the weekends. Yes, even if you can't claim them on your taxes for the year. A Great plus for your financial situation.

Ive lived here for almost 4 years now and it has really cleaned up a lot from when I first moved in here. The new management and maintenance crew is great, and they do their best to help everyone live in a good, and safe environment. The kids and myself enjoy living here! Thank you Patricia & Sam!

I enjoy the 9 years that I have lived here. We have an awesome manager. We have a new maintenance man and he is doing an awesome job also.

Walls are extremely thin even at low volume you can hear your neighbors talking, On top of that every single year theres a new cycle of bedbugs its so bad that theyre tired of paying for it if you go to them theyll immediately claim its your fault and try to charge you for it, If you get a flat tire and try to fix it in their parking lot expect a charge, They make their money by charging tenants for anything they can. Nothing good about this place stay away and youre welcome.
