We just completed a home build with Wannamacher Design Build. It was the first time we've had a home built. And we are so grateful we went with WDB. The quality of our home is amazing and often noticed when people visit. Yes, it's a lot of decision making and moving parts, but the entire time I felt like WDB had our back. They were responsive to our needs and quick to answer our rookie questions. Building a new home is a big decision and thankfully we choose WDB!

We had a covered patio w/stone fireplace built on the back of our house by Wannemacher Design Build and we absolutely love the work Ryan and his team did. Since honesty speaks the strongest, here is my husband and my review for building a house with Wannemacher Design Build, INC. We have been living in Fort Wayne for almost 7 years. We previously owned a house built by a different builder but wanted to own a custom built house for awhile. Both my husband and I being realtors, we love looking at houses and absolutely enjoy going to various home shows including Town & Country Tour here in Fort Wayne when we have chances. During one of the Town & Country Tours in 2020, we visited one of Wannemacher's houses and we were simply amazed seeing all the details, uniqueness and designs that other builders' houses do not have. I think that's when we decided we wanted to ask Ryan to design and build our dream house. From our initial meeting to the day of closing of our new house, Ryan, Kayla (the designer) and Andrew (contact person mostly right before and after closing the house) were very honest (they keep promises with what they say), friendly, and professional. The same goes to the contractors who Ryan trust to build his houses. We had privilege meeting most of them throughout the building processes and we couldn't appreciate them enough for their hard work and carefulness with each job. After we moved in to our house, we had some concerns and minor problems, which are very common to newly build homes. We have heard some horror stories of some home builders do not fix the issues right away or not until 1 year walkthrough is done. Although, that's not the case with Ryan! After we contacted him, he took actions very quickly and let us be worry free in no time. Never expected to have such a tremendous customer service! We built not only our dream house with Ryan and his team but we built a very great friendship with them! If you are looking for a custom home builder who can build high quality house with talent, honesty and great customer service throughout and after becoming a home owner, we strongly recommend choosing Wannemacher Design Build, INC to make your dream house come true!
