This place pays well but the union sucks. They are for the company. Management is and has there favorites. The front door is a revolving door with all the people that come and go. They are never fully staffed so there is a lot of overtime.

Not the place to work if you have family or kids or if you are a full-time college student. Also not the place to work if you were African-American you will experience workplace discrimination while working here as I have an open case with EEOC on this place. Would be a good place if you were single and have no family or life, also each and every rule and procedure they have it seems as designed to get you out of the door so each and every day you come to work you're constantly walking on eggshells about getting wrote up for something which working here you only get six points it's not like most places where you get 12 you only get six points where they constantly go through people here cuz it seems as if they don't want to keep their employees but would rather recycle them out the door. Their local union they don't do anything for you they're part of the reason why they have an active EEOC case on them as well there's been several people I've tried to talk to about discrimination in there and they did not want to listen so now other people will take care of it.

Had an interview with them and hr kinda told I was going to be offered the job but it was put on hold but then find out them gave it to someone else, I gave up an great opportunity for this company. They did me crappie. Jose' would not be proud.
