        purchased a headband 12/13/23 that i did not end up needing & upon my attempt to return within the 30 days, was told that i could not due to it being a christmas item??? nowhere was i informed of this policy??? worker said its on the sign hmm. NOT SURE WHERE THIS SIGN WAS WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE.

        Terrible customer service. I waited in line to ask for an item I wanted to purchase. The woman at the register said they did not have it in stock, so I asked if she could check with another location, and her response was, "I don't have time." I was willing to go and pick the item up. I guess I was not as important as the next customer. I will not shop there again.
