        Michelle Ward contacted the company and reported an accident. She stated there was damage to her vehicle and injuries. We asked for an address to send an adjuster to confirm damage a pay for repairs. She tried to submit a hand written estimate with no information on a company then when we told her that we couldnt accept that and had to have our own completed She blocked us.
