Unity Immediate Care Center

I have used this urgent care for many years, but the two times I was there the staff was rude I waited 3 1/2 hours. To finally be seen. The was dismissive of my concerns. She handed a script and walked out. I may gotten 2 minutes of her time. Won't come back.

Spent an hour and a half when there was maybe 3 people there. Had the doctor have a bad attitude the whole time just to get told what I already knew. Would never go back

Wait time was 15 minutes, sat there without care for 2 hours. Do not go here if you want to be seen.

We go here every time my son is sick. We pay the copay of $50 when we could go anywhere else and not pay a copay. Dr Riggs is truly the best doctor I have ever met! She is incredible! She listens, she knows that parents know their children best, especially in an Urgent Care setting when that doctor has only met that child one time. She understand that parents choose to give their children antibiotics when they are sick. The nurses are always very pleasant and move as quickly as they can. This new guy we just saw Nicholas Sansone - he is the reason I dropped down the stars. He refused to give my child an antibiotic when he has a sinus infection because he doesn't give his own children medicine. He continued to talk about Strep when my son has a sinus infection. He did not listen to a word that was said and used his own parenting choices and opinions to diagnose my son. Now we get to go back again, spend another $50 over the weekend because my son will get sicker and sicker. He should not be practicing medicine if he can't leave his parenting choices and opinions at home.
