There is a driver named Mika who is out of Lafayette, Indiana hub and she drives by my house almost everyday on her way to the FTIC plant. She honks and says hello every time she sees us outside. We live on a Highway and when she comes through town, she always looks out for my son amd slows traffic down for him. I am very impressed with Mika! She deserves a raise! She is definitely an asset to your company and I wanted to recognize her. Thank you Mika!

First off, let talks about how Matt Devine let people take paid lunches when they arent even working through lunch! Then leaves it up to the newbies to cover so they can Have one hour lunches while other people are struggling to make sure the jobs done.They hire people that dont know how to even take showers. Lets face it, unless your best friends with someone already working there you get know where. They chose to promote people who they are friends with instead of the person who is actually doing the work. This place has zero integrity!
