I recommend Stephanie to every single person that I know is looking to buy or sell a house. We just closed on our home Aug 14 and I have NEVER had a better experience with a realtor before. She was willing to always go the extra mile to make sure we ended up with the perfect home for our family. She worked LONG hours and answered every single question and worry I had along the way, always making me feel and know that I was in good hands. 10/10 highly recommend this woman!!! We will def. use her again in the future if we ever sell!

I honestly cannot say enough things about Stephanie. Our number one absolute favorite thing was the communication. Im just a few words, TOP TIER. I always felt comfortable asking any and all questions, which is a big deal! We began the process not knowing a single thing, and Stephanie walked us through everything. It was SUCH a relief to have someone like her guiding us. We ended up negotiating more than what we even realized we could in closing (with the listing agents help as well!) and we were so extremely satisfied with the outcome of our first home buying process! It was definitely stressful but I honestly dont think we couldve made it through without you P.S. she will battle gopher/groundhogs while viewing potential homes, so thats a big bonus
