I worked with Ronda Stocks from the Nexus Realty Group to purchase a home in Lafayette in July 2021, and she made the entire process a great success. I needed to find a place to live by August for a new job, and I was located ~400 miles away, and houses were going off the market the same day they were put up. Ronda was up to the task. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helped me understand all the steps of the process. She recommended great services to use during and after the closing process. In particular, the seller told us the lender I went with (recommended by Ronda) gave me the edge against a competing offer. I was out of town, so I relied on Ronda to be on-site to coordinate different inspections before closing. She fit these into her schedule and relayed details to me before, during, and after appointments. Beyond her competence and diligence, Ronda was friendly and made this big transition feel comfortable for me. This was a crazy time to buy a house, and my circumstances made it crazier. Ronda made it happen, and I couldn't be happier! I fully recommend her services your real estate needs.
