Literally pick anywhere else. The alley over by campus would be better than these places.

Absolutely horrible management company. If I could give 0 I would. They don't care about their properties, they will not do maintenance on anything until it's an emergency that affects more than your apartment or you threaten them with the health department. They wouldn't fix our front door that had been broken since we had moved in, you could gently push on it and it would open. They wouldn't fix our broken AC until I told them I planned to talk to the county due to our apartment hitting 115 degrees during the summer. We had mold in the apartment the entire 2.5 years we lived there, they knew this and refused to do anything. Trying to talk to someone is a nightmare, they lie through their teeth. Please for the love of everything avoid them! It's not worth it.

youre better off living in the street; I lived at highland courts apartments and it was the worst experience of my life. i ended up spending the last 2 months at my bf's apa because the living conditions were so bad. they never respon to any emails, the carpets were so dirty that even after I made them reclean them in front of me, my socks would turn black when I stepped on the floor. there was no central AC which they didn't tell me until I moved in. There was some sort of mold in the air because my white cups turned spotty and black over time. i left the apartment cleaner than when I found it and they only gave me $50 back from my $735 deposi. oh also there was a hirk with a knife atabbing a chair outside my window and when i told them they didn't do anything for my safety and they didn't warn the other residents. also once you move in you will never be able to reach anyone at their main office. also the apartment was just so old and dirty and worth maybe $200 a month but my rent was $735 (I moved at the last minute for school)
