I want to thank each and everyone of the therapists at Franciscan alliance (Lafayette). Jeremy, Kinzee, Megan, Sareena, plus many others helped me get mobility faster than what I expected. So Thank You all. Sorry I couldn't remember a few. You're ALL are always on my mind.

When I wanted to make appointment after my appointment. The lady upfront told me call them over the phone instead of helping me and the lady didnt want to work and I dont know why they hired her.

Never give any one star but I am so angry because I have a appointment at 7:45 am. Before I go to hospital, I was received a message from them at 5:45 and showed like I have not completed my checkin. I was so confused because i cannot make sure if that means my appointment was be canceled. I was try to give them call and this is first time so hard to find their number and almost late for appointment. After I talked with front desk they said if I come in 10 min still be late. It is my wrong not arrange enough time in morning but ! Why sent me confused messages?? My appointment is 4.17 and I have to reschedule on 5.11. Unbelievable..

These people meed a much bigger facility and more help. There are no choices if any when you try to schedule for therapy and you have to take what you get. We also have to change therapists quite frequently because they are so booked up. There really are no good therapy options in Lafayette for your child at this point and it is sad.

My NP decided to send me here because she thought I had dysphasia. When I made an appointment pre-registration there tried to get me to give up my rights under the no surprises act and they wanted $700 up at arrival and would not tell me what the treatment plan was.... They are using point of service billing and tried to pass it off as complient to the no surprizes act... I canceled the appointment
