Still havent received our photo album from our October 9th, 2021 wedding. Doesnt respond quickly to emails or messages. Communication is terrible. Pictures taken were nice but you will wait to view them and for him to get you any promised products. Hoping I will receive the album we paid for in advance. My advice to anyone using his service is to not pay in full prior to receiving the final product.

BUYER BEWARE! We had hired Chris to take our newborn photos last month. What we thought was going to be a nice process turned into a nightmare. To start, as part of his "newborn package" we were offered a complimentary Maternity shoot for my wife. This of course we thought was a nice compliment, we scheduled the maternity shoot date, time and location. When the day finally arrived, my 38 week pregnant wife and I went to meet Chris at the time and date and he didn't show up! We received an email 15 minutes after the agreed on time from his sharing that he couldn't not make it and would like to reschedule. Begrudgingly we did. Once rescheduled, we had the maternity shoot. The following day, Chris asked us to come into his studio to "view" the photos. During this viewing we explained that we only wanted digital copies of the photos and, try as we might, we could not get a straight answer on whether this would be possible or what the pricing would be. Finally after significant back and forth, we were told it was possible at an exorbitant price. What finally did it for us was after our baby was born. Understandably, Chris was sick and asked for us to reschedule. We agreed and as part of the email exchange with him, we asked what photos we could get with the deposit we already put down. It took Chris NINE DAYS to respond to our emails. Finally, after significant back and forth on emails we were able to get a few photos for our deposit. Overall this was a horrendous experience. The lack of professionalism was appalling, a simple email at various points would have averted much of our feelings about this studio. Further, the pricing was outrageous for what is, in my opinion, outdated offerings. I wholeheartedly support local businesses and everyone's need to make a living, but given the prices we were paying I fully expected outstanding service relative to the quality of service we received throughout this experience. Don't waste your time or your money. I would strongly encourage that you work with one of the many other wonderful photographers in Lafayette who provide a higher quality service and photographers at much fairer prices.
