        Spread our pets ashes without giving us a final opportunity to pick up his ashes. They should 100% call people and give them a final chance to come get their pet before they go and spread them. We didnt get a final phone call from them or from Purdue university. Now my marine vets best friend Ruger, is spread in a cemetery and not with him. The worst part is that I tried to get them a few weeks ago and no one called me back etc.

        The passing of my dog was handled so sensitively, even offering some grief management. Somehow they got my guys AKC Master Hunter title and put it on his remembrance box. Very tasteful and caring.

        Took my baby onyx,who passed on Friday nite,I was there when onyx was born and he lived 18 years,This was very hard on my husband and me,these people was very nice and seem to care about animals to, please take care of him,and know we loved him with all our hearts,bye onyx see you again

        The staff was caring and explained the process well. Only reason Im giving a 3 it the area they spread the ashes in Spring Vale Cemetery could use a little upkeep. The pet area could be cleaned up of debris a little to make it look a little more inviting for those wanting to visit.
