I rented my wedding tux here ten years ago and recall the customer service being awful. Fast forward to the present and their customer service is virtually nonexistent. I wanted to buy a full suit, and walked around the store for 15 minutes but no one seemed to want to help me. At least they're consistent at something I guess. Just go to Louie's Tux instead.

I was in town for a family funeral, and had just bought a mid-priced suit from a different Mens Wearhouse location in Cincinnati 8 months ago. As I was getting dressed the pants ripped egregiously. The Lafayette location helped me out with a new pair until they could evaluate if the ripped ones could be repaired. Turns out they couldnt, and they gave me the new pair at no cost. Thank you guys for helping me get to the funeral on time and for replacing a faulty pair of pants.

My fianc booked an appointment online for him and his groomsmen to get sized and see what they had to offer. He called days before the appointment to confirm and talk with a sales representative who assured him that there would be no issues with trying on suits and getting five people sized. When they arrived for their appointment, the manager was extremely rude to them and told them that they needed to make a purchase before being sized or trying on any items. I understand if this is company policy, but this was never communicated to us and no other suit store Ive looked into has this policy. The manager then proceeded to tell my fianc that it was a waste of time for them to be fitted and try on suits if they werent 100% sure they would be buying from them. The manager even went as far as to imply that my fianc wanted them to work for free by providing the service that he made an appointment for. The sales representative was even shocked by the way that the manager treated my fianc and kept apologizing for his behavior. My fianc was very confused and when he questioned this policy, the manager refused them service and asked them to leave. Overall, the customer service from the manager is abhorrent and what should have been a memorable time was ruined. We will not be using this store for our wedding and Ive warned many other brides to avoid this place like the plague.
