The doctors are great but 5he communication system is horrendous. Many times a patient will sit on the phone on hold from 5 minutes to 40 minutes waiting to speak to a doctor's office.
Typical process...call the general number, then they patch you through to reception desk, then that desk screens you to find out doctor and your issue. Then the desk might call them and they answer or you might be put back on hold. WOW ... we're in the 19th century again. Surely someone could "lean" this antiquated system.

They take ages to answer the phone, and there is this infuriating message about how iu health is recognised by us news and a bunch of other trash that Im currently listening to. It makes me want to end the call and give up. Expect 20+ minute wait times for calls, and they dont call back when the say they will. If ull read this iu health, please change the annoying message to some calm music so that people can at least go about their lives while waiting for someone to pick up.

Took my 6 year old son here for a hearing test before he has his tube placement surgery, we had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cross, she was so sweet & welcoming! My son went right back with her & got his test done, I think he even thought it was fun! She was very personable & knowledgeable! A beautiful person inside & out, definitely recommend this doctor!! Thank you again Dr. Cross!

It was terrible I went with my 5 year old son and they the person that was talking to us said we didnt have an appointment when we did do the appointment so we got their and she made us wait until everyone else left and one of my brothers daughters was playing around with a chair the person attending us told us to leave in a mean way she through us out of the building that was the worst hospital I have ever been to I wouldnt recommend this to anybody
