        What a joke. Apparantly Appointments don't matter unless you're late. Checked in an hour before appointment time. Waited an hour checked app and it said I was next. 15 minutes later it bumped me to the end of the line!

        One of the worst places. They arrange appointment but in reality is first come first serve. And after check in, you lose all day waiting till they will load you. They load one truck per hour...

        Appointment times what's that?... 4hrs later still here for 2 small crates.. I share hope cat is getting a really good deal on warehousing because I'm going to start charging detention time...

        Worst of the worst. Almost 6 hrs waiting and still not loaded. Don't pick up loads from this place, unless you have a day to waste waiting to get loaded. They load engines and parts for catapiler, it's a shame that CAT uses company like that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
