It's been months since my first time I wrote a bad review about Dr. Diamond's nurse . Well today I went to the Dr and I said I'm supposed to let the Dr know to get a hold of CVS about my dosage . I had to pay cash due to the drug store had a lower dose than I'm on. I told his nurse this and God knows why the nurse came unglued saying I did not pay cash and was yelling pointing to the screen saying " look! It says right here insurance covered it" first off I don't give a damn what her screen says! Why would I anyone lie about having their Dr just call the drug store like they asked?? No one would and I certainly am not a liar. There's nothing to lie about . Then after she says insurance paid for it, she calls CVS saying " you don't even have insurance" ok? Which is it? My insurance paid she said her screen said but then she's yelling saying " you don't even have insurance". The lady is awful! It's becoming a thing every time I go to my Dr. I'm going to request she not be alone with me again! I also can't understand why nothing was said about my first complaint where she threw me out of the room! Saying we don't have time to address all this! ???? I won't put up with her treating me bad again. Next time I come see my Dr please do not have that woman alone in a room with me. I will as well be recording audio just so everyone involved knows.

My overall care at IU was amazing. However after having a complete knee replacement, I was sent home with no pain medication. I feel that was neglect on the nursing staff. My doctor had my medication sent to the pharmacy downstairs and the nurses were very much aware of this. No one let me know this until I called my surgeons office the following day after discharge and I was told that there should have been no reason I was sent home without medication because the order had been put in two days prior to discharge. Please nurses, do better in this area.

The emergency department staff was amazing and very patient and helpful. Im grateful for everything they did to help the situation.

Ive gone here for years when needed but every time I go somehow I end up worse than I was before. Im not sure why or what they really do to help not to mention the nurses be having awful nasty attitudes (not all) which I fully understand that some patients can be the problem as well but that is your job after all. My point in writing this is because am quite upset about the service I got but it already happened so I cant change that.
