Great Clips

Rudest staff of all the Great Clips in the area. Ive actually given this location several different tries over the years thinking maybe it was coincidental. Sadly no. The ladies act like they are doing you a favor and even get indifferent when you try to point out what youre looking for in a haircut. (Huffy breaths and rolling eyes) I routinely tip 80% and never even so much as a thank you. NEVER going back!

I have had long hair my entire life! Recently I'm facing some medical issues that's causing my hair to be dry and brittle at the ends and break off. It took all my nerve to go get my hair cut I spent hours searching google to find several ideas of things I liked. I went in around 4pm yesterday they were almost entirely empty an older lady dressed sorta hippie style (cute) came up to me asked me how she could help me I explained my situation I told her how scared I was to get my hair cut short. She didn't seem to care very much about my trepidation I should have left right then! I showed her several pictures on my phone and then I said I've never had short hair and I'm scared but you do this all the time right? I'm even very open to suggestions. She asked my which picture I liked best I showed her the cut was very short in the back with longer top layers and an Asymmetrical part ( which is how my hair naturally falls) she said why don't we do this just linger in case u don't like how short it is I agreed.3 min later she's done. And sends me out the door ironically only 25$ plus tip lightwr..she never showed me the back of my hair...I get to my car put my glasses back on..there's not a single layer in my head. It looks like she followed the line of my pony tail been for years.i can't style it it's above my ears on one side and below on the othength itd extr and to the base of my beck in the back but all 1 length it'd extremely masculine I hate it! She didn't ask me if it was OK she didn't care she just ruined my hair! I don it even want to call and try to get my money back or be offered someone else to mess it up more unless ur a man who needs a his head shaved don't go here no one was friendly they all seemed irritated that I was there
