        Brayton was great, but the bank itself is not that great anymore. I walked in and didn't even know my Banker was no longer at that branch. Looking to change banks soon

        Remembering the historic Universal Hotel and desire to renovate locally at downtown location, gets demolished for 5/3rd Bank location now closed(!) So much for history

        HORRIBLE customer service!!! They dont answer the phone and refuse to return calls or help with a resolution! Staff are obviously not knowledgeable, Robert (I assume hes new) has no clue what he is doing. When I FINALLY spoke with a man named Brayden he told me to close my account if I wasnt happy. Wow just wow!!
