I had to update my Living Trust. A little slow in the initial responses, once Murtaugh Law got going on it, the process and editing interactions went smoothly and efficiently. They were pleasant to deal with in person. Parking in the back is tight and a little tricky where to turn off Kossuth street.

Strongly recommend! Lawyers who provide legal representation are a dime a dozen. Lawyers who provide excellent legal advice, tailored to your needs, are rare. Reid is one of those rare legal professionals who provides excellent legal advice to his clients. Estate planning isnt a fun topic. No one likes to think about that... but Reid and his staff made the process smooth and comfortable. Ive also started to shift my corporate/business affairs away from one of the bigger Lafayette firms and over to Murtaugh Law. I hope he doesnt change professions, because I dont want to look for another law firm!

Reid helped my husband and me update all our Will, trust, POA, etc after moving to Lafayette from another state. He was thorough and professional. We met several times, did our homework and then he finalized the documents. We were able to define beneficiaries and state all our wishes to follow when our estate matures. We also clarified agreements with 2 universities where the bulk of our estate will be given. What a great sense of relief to have all these documents in place, both physically as well as in the cloud.
