This place is unprofessional, they put up advertisements that they are hired immediately and leave a number and when you call they don't answer you or they send you a message saying that they don't have anything available. They waste people's time. They discriminate against people just because not master English, we all have the right to work . I do not recommend that you waste your time so that these people make you feel humiliated or less than them.

Avoid this place at all cost. I don't want to get this review down so I nick name her Sea. Avoid Sea because she is a unprofessional women that don't know her job and like to harrase her client's because she don't want to hear the turth. Also she misleads you to wrong directions that you need a W2 forms. There's way better options then this low paying job. I was a forklift operater with this company. The whole time I was there I was supposed to be a forklift driver. NOT! I was pushing, yanking, and on mine feet all day by not driving a forklift because mine boss at heartland saids the other guy is to lazy to drive the stand up forklift and he wants the sit down forklift. I said ok and I can get trained for the stand up forklift and he said he teach me. After 1 month and a half of waiting and asking mine boss and talking to this temp place, I gave up. I supposed to be a forklift driver not a person that pushing, yanking, and on mine feet all day. Fast forward, I move far away and can't go to the office. I dealt with this company 2 months of 12 phone calls trying to update mine phone number and email. They said they updated mine phone and email after the 12 calls in the span of 2 months they never update mine phone and email. I can't get into mine account if they still have mine old email and old phone number on there computer system and that's why I can't get mine W2 from this place because the front desk don't know what they are doing. Fast forward to 3-14-24 at 4:06PM. I dealt with front desk person. I know the name and email of the person but I don't want this review to be reported. Let's say her nick name is sea. I talk to Sea and she said that she updated mine phone and email but she never did in span of 2 months of 12 times I talk to her. Mine mom sent a professional email that was going on and got to the point so we won't wast anymore time since tax season is almost over with. Sea call me and said that mine mom sent her a very nasty email. I look at the email and it was professional email that was going on in there place and got to the point. Sea said I can't work there anymore because of what mine mom said. I did NOT did anything wrong and I should be able work there again. Sea called me 4 times after I hang up her with her Unprofessional, Lying, Misleading behavior. We called a anther SMX and they gave us a phone number to get a W2 form Withen 1 min I got mine W2 form. FIRE SEA!!!!!!!!!
