All staff were very personable, thorough, and Shelley is an amazing provider. I came for my DOT physical renewal and was surprised when I paid much less than other places I've gone in the past.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences here. My doctor is pretty thorough with my issues and the nurses are always sweet and super personable.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would love to. Ive had to deal with Rocc 2 times now. 1 being a injury in which they kept clearing me to go back to work 12 hours using my injured wrist & the injury never got better but they kept making appointments for check ups & I still have swelling where I was injured now anytime I do physical activity. They questioned me over & over like they didnt believe me. Lol. So I quit going. Then today I had to go in because I had a reaction to a Tb test given to me way to early after being given the vaccination, the lady who checked me in had the audacity to say after asking what my symptoms were and INTERRUPTING ME everytime I tried to speak by saying I think its your anxiety & you need to chill out what?? I told her Im calm idk what youre talking about. How disrespectful to bring mental illness into something that was not related. I will be calling the supervisor on her. Super unprofessional. I had to go to the ER & was met with REAL doctors who cared about what was going on! They said it was a reaction & they gave me steroids which are already helping. Dont even waste your time going here! If you get injured request the Er instead. This place is a joke & most employees that work here are always taking out their stress on their patients. Get a different job if you hate your life that much.

Unprofessional and dont respect their clients time. Prepare for them to take no less than an hour for them to even get you checked in.
