Grace Readiness & Day Care

The families is what makes the place, not the staff. Staff above else is not discipline at all and sends threatening messages but does nothing about the issue. Favoritism is at it's highest and they expect you do hang out with people outside of work with people who do nothing but gossip all day and don't like you.. Cliques are at its peak and it's all about who you know and not what you know. Drama and gossip are the center and you can't trust anyone with any personal information. I do love the few co workers who actually are nice, but the others don't even say good morning to you. If your not in high on the favorite list then you don't have many friends there. You only get something if you ask for years or if you leave than someone else gets it in your room. Nothing is kept confidential and just sends threatening messages to who do no wrong and doesn't discipline those who make the same mistakes over and over... Some staff can use more attention than others and they expect us to get people things for their birthdays when they don't even talk to us outside of work. No benefits to take care of yourself The families are amazing and the kids but the staff and discipline can use alot of attention and worked on. Nothing if followed through and it's all about who did this or that and nothing gets done especially if you drop a baby or make the same mistakes..

My 2 boys went to Grace Daycare over 20 yrs. ago. They were absolutely wonderful then. Now I work at Grace and everyone is so loving. To the kids, parents and teachers. We all have respect for each other. I thank you Grace for teaching my boys and also for me to teach the new generation.

I am so so happy with my experience so far with Grace Readiness. Anne, the director has been wonderful to communicate with and is so detail oriented and personable. My boys' teachers have been great at communication and it truly puts my mind at ease. My son couldn't stop talking about what a great day he had. Highly recommend. Thank you staff at Grace!!
