Closed on December of 22, and I still have some things that are not complete and issues that have come up. I have reached out via email, txt, and calls. They just ignore me.

My wife and I parcelized a piece of property that we own and sold it to Bogert Construction to build a house on for his client. As we were in the process of dividing the property, they came to us and asked for a drainage easement on the back side of our property to install a perimeter drain from their septic field. We allowed installation of the drain with no additional cost to the price. The drain line was installed and the trench was barely filled back in. I have contacted Bogert Construction (as they were the general contractor and responsible for all work done) on two separate occasions. The first time I spoke to Mr. Bogert himself and was (in my opinion) blown off because it wasn't their lot or client. The second time I went to their office and left a written message that was ignored altogether. The trench is impossible to mow over and I have to jockey my mower between it and the trees on my property line. Since Bogert Construction won't seem to address the issue, I am now going to have to incur a cost to get it graded and levelled so I can utilize the area and mow easily. In my opinion, I didn't dig the trench, I shouldn't have to be the one to clean it up. The dirt mounds in the two pictures are over 6" high and very uneven. The weeds are now almost waist high.
