Stephanie was so helpful, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable. The store was busy and she was by her self and made everyone feel welcomed and helped everyone with not getting overwhelmed. She helped us switch over to Cricket and saved us lots of money. Thank you so so much!!!

i like all of the stores besides the specific one. My grandma has a phone plan through here and has for over 5 years. About a month ago she had me go pay her bill. well they open at 11am and i got there at 12:30 am. i went up to the door and knocked and the lady seen me but looked back down at her phone or whatever she was doing so i just figured she was on break and i went back to my car and waited. another man came up about 10 mins after me and he knocked she did the same to him. after sitting in my car for 30 mins the lady came outside got in her car and drove away. so i went across the street and did some shopping after an hour i went back and knocked again and got the same response went back the next day and someone else was there and let me pay the bill. Then a month later yesterday i went and tried to pay again. Once again the lady acted like i wasnt there and continued doing what she was doing. so i left and went to pay at the other location. i wish there was a corporate number because this is unacceptable. if your on break you can atleast put a sign up saying your on break..
