Shipla is very good at her job. She gave me a great cut and education on how to care for my hair. She introduced me to eyebrow threading (and lip threading), and I love it. Do wish that communication is a little easier, as I do not use messenger much and it does sometimes take a few days to reach her. Shilpa is a one woman wonder! She does it all and is exceptional at it!! She is very knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to explains the process, in order to educate her clients as she goes along. She also spends one on one quality time, not only pampering her clients but actually getting to know them. Probably one of the best eyebrow places Ive ever been to, here and in NYC ! Highly recommend! Beautiful place, great vibes and Shilpa is absolutely lovely :)
