The staff that works here is the best! Extremely nice and professional. They do not have you waiting to take care of you. They always help me with any of my bank needs. A plus is that they also have an ATM that you are able to use. Even when the bank is closed, you just use your debit card to get in the ATM area, which is very nice and safe.

The ladies at the downtown Chase location today were the laziest and meanest Chase employees I have ever come across. They slandered Chase employees at other locations and puffed their own selves up without lifting a single finger to help me. Awful! I finally told them that I needed to leave because they were not willing to help me and were quite frankly wasting my time. They should be let go from the company. The ladies at the South and Sagamore location helped me once again without complaint OR bashing other Chase employees. Now that's the great customer service I'm used to!

Chase branch individuals are lovely and helpful. Chase back end and the company at large has significant issues. Avoid for auto loans.
