Run from this bank they do not know how to count money in will cheat u out of it real quick I will never go back here anymore going back to west Lafayette location where Im appreciated at

I use to tell others how great this bank was.. but today was awful!!! A mobile deposit was rejected so I called the 800# and spent 1 hr 10 mins on hold waiting to talk to an agent, and was never connected after all that time. Then I called this branch, was told to come in and it'd be fixed. I drove 35 mins to get there just to be told it couldn't be fixed. Why? I was given NO explanation. I was just told they'd tell me via letter in 10-15 days. It could've been something as simple as my signature missing the middle initial or who knows? I asked to speak with the manager and waited 10 mins in the lobby just to be told he's leaving for the day and to make an appointment. All of this just trying to find out why the mobile app rejected a check and trying to get it deposited. The clerk treated me like a nuisance although I've been a good customer for close to a decade. Beware, don't expect any problems to be solved at this branch or handled with consideration! The manager doesn't care about customer service either, since he knew I was waiting and decided to leave. Wow!! Can't believe I use to recommend this place to people. Don't use this bank!!

I only have one account with them, but I find all the staff I have ever dealt with there to be super polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I had to do a wire transfer to Europe and it was difficult for me because of a language barrier; the staff at Huntington went out of their way to give me a hand.
