Anthony is super nice! He always makes my coworkers and I laugh while also being very professional. He has a positive attitude whenever we pick up the phone to talk to him and always puts a smile on our faces :)

The members of the Spirit EMS family are nothing short of wonderful. They have gone out of their way to make it possible for my husband, who is currently bed-bound, to attend his weekly appointments, and they do so in a professional manner. A special 'thanks' to Anthony (dispatcher) & Nicole (supervisor) for going above & beyond the call of duty! It is our sincere hope that Spirit EMS is around for a long time to continue providing the exemplary service they have provided for us.

Anthony was rude. He had failed to confirm the correct date which ended up leaving a patient without tansport for an appointment that took 3 months to get in already, and now another 3 months for the next available. There was no accountability taken, only an attitude with the "apology" for the "miscommunication" while still blaming the requesting facility for making multiple pickup appointments at once even when, in this situation, there was only one transport request during the phone conversation. He also hung up on me. Heck, they don't even have the answering service set up properly when you call. Every step of this situation was handled incredibly poorly from a customer service standpoint. Let alone when you are dealing with emotional families trying to care for their loved ones. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
