Any good reviews on this company must be fraud. Should of known the minute I walked in with the unprofessional appearance of workers and nasty odor in the air. Add that to the fact that they only take cash, how much more suspicious? Might as well take your money and tax information and give to kindergartner cause you’ll be lucky to get a return once the IRS contacts you with all the incomplete information you paid a “so called professional” to do.
Don’t waste your money of time with this company!
Only reason for 1 star is because post not accepted with none!

If I could give no stars I would !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Very unprofessional !!!!! Had them take a look at tax letter to do amendment and proceed to tell us it looks criminal with out even looking at taxes just at a letter which was about driving for Uber that I put under wrong line. When I called to talk about it she sounded like she was on drugs and hung up on me do not I repeat do not waste your time with some low life people trying to take your money to do your taxes they have no clue what they are doing just some shade tree low life’s trying to hustle

My wife and I used to go to ITS for getting our taxes done. We never liked the cigarette smoke, but they always did a great job getting us a maximum refund. We moved now I do my own I use FreeTaxUSA.
