Cons: rooms have LVT floors so it echos in the room and floor was dirty.
Pool smelt like chlorine from 100ft away
Exercise room was closed
Game room was closed
Elevator was out of order
No beverage or snack machine
Bed sounded like you were playing on a cot
Tub drain was clogged
And Im sure Im missing something.
Pro: the pizza place attached is pretty good.
Do not stay here especially with your family.

Great staff and great food.
Rooms: Pine Lake is a walk away. Trails, playground and nature at its best. Clean, spacious rooms
Nearby activities: Beach, trails and nearby boat rentals on Pine lake.

Recently booked our son's birthday party here and it gave all the nostalgia of back when this place was Ramada Inn. The new owners have the pool up and running (and it was warm!) inside and out. The employees were so understanding and kind. I really wanted to leave a review for not only their service but their HONESTY & INTEGRITY. My son (11) had accidentally forgotten his Nintendo Switch bag at the coffee counter at check out time. Inside, he had some birthday money, the switch, port, dvds & games. We had no idea until evening that it was missing. We went back and they had placed it behind the counter, everything still inside. We are so thankful for the find and return of his items. If I could leave a much higher review, I would. We are so grateful to have such a great hotel back in Laporte. The safety and other guests were also very friendly. Our kids made friends quickly.
