TraPoga

I had a great time at TraPoga! Carmen is helpful and kind. She makes it easy to do what looks difficult. A fun class thats as good of a work out as it is a good time!

We had our first class last night and it was fantastic. As. Newbie to yoga I was really apprehensive but the instructor was excellent at explaining and demonstrating the routine and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Looking forward to my next class! PS- I am not in shape and am quite fluffy and not flexible at all and she was able to tailor things to my abilities without any issues. The trapeze is way easier to deal with than youd think!!

My Bestfriend and I decided we wanted to try yoga for the first time ever & Trapeze Yoga did not disappoint. Carmen is so patient and knowledgeable, she made it such a fun and easy experience.

Trapoga (Like Trapeze Yoga) is a new way to do Yoga with the aid of a Trapeze like apparatus. Stretch and Relax in ways you have never imagined, and feel great doing it. The best part about this class is the instructor, Carmen, she is always bright, fun, bubbly, full of energy and passion, and cares about the health and wellbeing of all of her students. I would definitely recommend trying at least one class!
