Above and beyond is how I would describe the staff Moores. From reaching out to my moms doctor on my behalf to delivery of equipment in a timely manner to saying a prayer asking for my moms return to health. Just a caring way to run a business! Highly recommend them !!

I have shopped with Moore's intermittently for the last 20 or 25 years. First for my grandparents, then my parents and now myself. I will also say I have spent almost 10 years working in retail sales and customer service. Any time I walk into the store, I am greeted with a nice "hello, how are you today?" I am not a "regular" customer and have dealt with many different staff members over the years, so I cannot say I know or remember any one specific associate. I have never felt disrespected or invisible to the staff. When they are busy, it is understandable they might not notice me right away, but working in retail myself, I guess I just understand they have many products that require special fit, explanation and assistance for customers, but also deal with additional customer paperwork, prescriptions from doctors and many different types of insurance when making the final sale. They generally acknowledge me in 3 to 4 minutes, which is satisfactory to me. They have a reasonable selection of equipment. If there has ever been anything they didn't have any option to purchas in store, or I wanted anything different than they had in store, they have offered to find and order it for me. There are many items with just one choice, sometimes more, but the selection isn't overwhelming, as to say they don't carry 17 bedside commodes in different colors, patterns and bells and whistles of all sorts. Nobody needs to process that many options for that item. I have just now decided to write a review because today I was in the store, they were quite busy and had many customers they were helping there were 3 associates, which I would say was enough staff. It just seemed like 10 customers came in all at once. One lady was helping me with my purchase, had a customer waiting on the phone. The other 2 associates were helping customers with products that needed fit and adjustments as well. A lady just walked straight in and up to the counter and yelled "Isn't there anyone here to help me?" as she saw the large amount of customers and every associate in the store performing the needed adjustments, paperwork and trying to juggle the influx of customers. Maybe she was blind, I don't know. One associate calmly replied, "Someone will be with you as soon as possible ma'am, we are all busy assisting other customers. I'm sorry Nobody has acknowledged you yet, we usually try to do that immediately. I'm sorry for your inconvenience." I wanted to yell BRAVO!!! for the politeness, calm, and professional reply the associate gave and tell the customer maybe she needs to wait her turn like everyone else, but I was taught better manners than that. Hopefully my review allows someone to have a better understanding of retail sales and customer service as a whole. Guaranteed, if every person had to work in the food service, customer service and sales industry for areas 2 years to be a citizen, I think people wouldn't be so nasty about situations like the one I just described.
